The Monocacy River Report

As mentioned on their website, The Monocacy Scenic River Citizens' Advisory Board was created in 1978 and its members provide recommendations to County government about land use, land development, and resource management issues regarding the Monocacy River. The Board recently released a new report about the Monocacy River called "The Monocacy". The report is intended to be an informational tool to inform, educate, and enlighten people about the wonderful Monocacy River.
